Where's my package?
First of all, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. I know it has been several months since you purchased your items, and I’d like to clarify a few points about how orders are handled at Drunks.
We release our drops as pre-orders. We usually keep the pre-order open for about one month so that everyone who is interested has the opportunity to purchase. We made this decision because many of you previously missed out on buying our merchandise.
Once the pre-order period ends, we begin producing the T-shirts. Depending on the total quantity ordered, our supplier usually takes around one to two weeks to complete production.
After the T-shirts are ready, I personally take care of shipping them out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please remember that Drunks is run by one person (me, lol), and sometimes it can be a bit difficult to ship more than 20 orders per day. So I kindly ask for your patience, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
You can message me on my social media without any problem. I’ll be more than happy to assist you and make sure your merchandise reaches you as soon as possible.

ROW
Due to customs issues, we were unable to ship several packages to ROW. However, please don’t worry — your package will be shipped as soon as possible.
I will keep you updated through this channel if there are any issues with ROW shipments. At the moment, there are no problems preventing us from sending your packages, so please expect them soon!
USA
Unfortunately, since September 2025, your country’s president has imposed a “restriction” on shipments to your country. At the moment, we are unable to ship orders there until this restriction is lifted.
That said, if you would still like to purchase and are willing to wait, you are more than welcome to contact me through my social media for a more personalized update.
